- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedplannedPublished valueNot publishedBroad Oak Medical Practice is a GP practice situated in Strelley Health Centre, 116 Strelley Road, Nottingham (NG8), and covers the patient population of Strelley, Bilborough, Aspley and north Beechdale. <br/><br/>The practice is part of the BACHS Primary Care Network. <br/><br/>Broad Oak Medical Practice has an actual patient list size of 6,716 (weighted 6,772) as of April 2023 (quarter 1 2023/24). The list size has steadily grown over a period of 18 months. The immediate areas of the practice boundary have high index of multiple deprivation and tend to experience the most health inequalities. <br/><br/>The practice opening hours are 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday. <br/><br/>The estimated contract value is £692,640 per annum. This is based on the current global sum value for 2023/24.<br/><br/>The Care Quality Commission have rated the practice as Good. (December 2021).<br/><br/>The new contract will be expected to commence on 1 January 2025.<br/><br/>This is purely an early engagement exercise; any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when published.<br/><br/>This is a market testing exercise and does not commit the Commissioners to carry out a procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreements.<br/><br/>The Contracting Authority will be using an eTendering system for this market engagement exercise.
