- Change Lot 1 to commence as of 01 January 2026., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: Due to unforeseen circumstances with their manufacturer as a result of non-compliance to Medical Device Regulation (MRD) moving from IVD to IVDR compliance, Aquilant were granted a reasonable amount of time to successfully rectify this. Having resolved this earlier than anticipated, Aquilant can now commence their participation under Lot 1 of this contract.
