    El Contrato tiene como objeto regular los términos y condiciones del acuerdo marco en virtud del cual el adjudicatario dará soporte al Departamento de Informática de British Council School y también del Teaching Centre que opera en las mismas instalaciones en horario extraescolar.Dentro de dicho soporte se deberá distinguir entre la prestación de (i) "servicios recurrentes" que incluyen todo tipo de tareas de asesoramiento, apoyo, mantenimiento, revisión y actualización del hardware y el software incluyendo los equipos y aplicaciones que estén en funcionamiento en cada momento y que se realizarán de forma regular y (ii) "servicios puntuales de instalación de nuevos sistemas y equipos" que, con motivo de ampliación, sustitución o modificación del equipo, sea necesario llevar a cabo, y que normalmente estarán asociadas a la realización de obras construcción, de mejora o ampliación del Colegio (en adelante conjuntamente denominados "los Servicios").
