This project will continue on from previous Horizon Scanning (HS) work carried out by Fera to inform on potential future risks to food authenticity, as part of Defra’s Food Authenticity Research Programme, which develops and delivers scientific evidence to support Defra’s food labelling and food compositional standards policy and regulation.
