The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform and to facilitate market interest and engagement in our intentions to procure an Environmental Management and Reporting Software package with a single provider - prior to the formal commencement of procurement.The current intention is to run an open tender process in a single lot, commencing in June 2021.The objective of the Procurement is to;

Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of KPI reporting across our global network by bringing a more cohesive and automated software solution to environmental data input.
Ensure the accuracy and audit trail of KPI reporting, particularly with regards to the British Council’s UK mandatory reporting requirements to Her Majesty’s Government.
Enable the business to improve the performance and management of its portfolio, through clear analytics, and to focus action with impact across operations and programmes.
Provide innovative and flexible solutions to support the regions in delivering the British Council’s Corporate Plan, its commercial business outcomes and its cultural relations impact worldwide.
