The tenderer also demonstrated their commitment to Social Value by promising to deliver three apprenticeships over the lifetime of the contract.

The main objective of the procurement was to procure a cost neutral Environmental Enforcement service based on a revenue sharing model. A one stage “Open” procurement was used. Tendering organisations were first assessed against the Standard Questionnaire (SQ) that checks organisational capacity, relevant experience, approach to equality and diversity. Tenderers that passed all relevant areas of the SQ were then evaluated against published quality criteria. Kingdom Services Group was the highest scoring tender and so was awarded the contract.
