Published requirement description

To provide consultancy on transport modelling and planning services and advice to the Council, its partners and other external bodies. The service will require the operation of the PRTM and other associated or future countywide or regional models, and provision of technical advice on its maintenance. In particular, consultants will be required to provide services in the following specialist software applications:

  • Highway Supply Model (Saturn)
  • Public Transport Supply Model (EMME)
  • Demand Model (EMME)
  • Environmental Analysis Suite (EASE)

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “Environment & Transport – Commissioning Modelling Services Contract…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
