Coverage: 18 active published awards; 17 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

We would expect that any system works to promote regulatory compliance and ideally adapts to changes in Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and similar bodies’ guidance. Supporting our internal H&S and Sustainability teams with flexible dashboards & reporting to drive continuous improvement is a key objective of the project. Sourcing a system that can help streamline the administration of the multiple related risk assessments and the management of teams of individuals conducting similar activities is of particular interest to the Museum.
