        "description": "EQM allows London Bus Services Limited to monitor the fleet condition, spot trends and help deliver a safe and reliable service to agreed standards and specification. Additional information: TfL will manage this process in an open and transparent manner. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the market engagement exercise.
