Coverage: 17 active published awards; 14 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

- Lot 1 · #1Individual lot title not publishedcancelledPublished valueNot publishedThis project involves the renewal, operation and maintenance of the central energy plant and heat and cold distribution infrastructure for the Museum for the next 15 years. The Museum previously had an agreement with a supplier who operated and maintained the central CCHP plant, LTHW boiler plant and associated ancillary plant. Since the CCHP plant was installed in 2006, the carbon dioxide emissions attributed to the generation and distribution of the UK national grid supplied electricity have fallen substantially and are forecast by the government to continue to fall. The UK Government has also signed into law that the UK is to be net zero carbon by 2050. The Museum would like to achieve net zero carbon status by 2035, and this procurement is directly related to that aim. This procurement intended to find an energy partner for the Museum for the next 15 years that can help it achieve net zero carbon by 2035.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
