Coverage: 79 active published awards; 18 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for public sector organisations requiring Emergency Response and Rescue Equipment and Services under the Procurement Act 2023. This is the third iteration of the previous DPS 001110 (under the now redundant Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
The aim of the solution is to provide access to high-quality products and services for public sector organisations.

2 May 2025, 23:59 BST · scheduledYPO intends to hold pre-engagement sessions between 7 April - 2 May, 2025. We require feedback from suppliers on the previous solution as well as potential new products and services supporting the event of pre and post emergency response to expand the scope, review Terms and Conditions, discuss market conditions, discuss price element, review options for delivery of Social Value, discuss potential routes to the market and discuss mechanisms for call-offs in order to ensure the new iteration is fit-for-purpose for public sector customers to call off. Sessions will take place remotely (via Microsoft Teams) or in-person, depending on the availability and capacity of the supplier. Please contact Laura Megson at laura.megson@ypo.co.uk to request further information and to arrange availability for a PME session.
