NHS Wales has an existing and ongoing requirement for Electronic Board Management Software to support Board and Board Committees in the effective administration and presentation of meeting papers across NHS Wales. The system will potentially be used by the Health Organisations in NHS Wales as part of the new Framework Agreement.
This procurement exercise established a single supplier framework that can be utilised by any contracting authority within NHS Wales.
