The Borough Council of Calderdale (the “Council”) invites Tenders from Tenderers who wish to be considered for appointment to the Educational Psychology Service (the “Service”). It is anticipated the Services will commence 1st October 2022 for a period up to 30th September 2024 with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months. The service is to be delivered throughout the Borough of Calderdale.

Shortlisting
Please refer to the Selection Questionnaire and Invitation to Tender. The contract shall be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender (however tenderers should note that the Council reserves the right not to award a contract). Quality will equate to 80% of the total evaluation scoring criteria and price will equate to 20% of the total evaluation scoring criteria as per section 20 of the Invitation to Tender. Any tender that achieves below 50% of the total quality scores available will be deemed to be non-compliant. Any tender with a price submission in excess of the maximum indicative budget (£313,950 based on the first year or £1,150 per assessment) will be deemed to be non-compliant.
