Lot distribution rule: When sourcing Framework Services through this Framework Agreement, the Council reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, not to award Framework Services to a Framework Service Provider if that award would result in that Framework Service Provider operating more than 25% of the routes that are available to be awarded under this Framework Agreement. In the event that the Council does award routes that do result in a Framework Service Provider operating more than 25% of the available routes, the Council reserves the right, at its discretion, to apply such financial and other assurance checks as it considers to be reasonable, provided that such additional checks are agreed with the Framework Services Provider before the award of the relevant route(s).
