Publisher note: Under the CDM regulations, the Contractor will be required to act as Principal Contractor. Any Contractor who wishes to submit a bid will be required to obtain a Network Rail Principal Contractors License (PCL). Network Rail will sponsor any Contractors who wish to bid for the works a provisional PCL. The Contractor will be required to maintain the PCL throughout the lifespan of the Framework.
