Early market engagement for The Limes Surgery and Sollershot Surgery - Hertfordshire

Market engagement for Primary Medical Services for Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board - The Limes GP Services & Sollershot Surgery GP Services The purpose of this combined Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to invite interested providers in regards to two entirely separate contract opportunities listed below*. There will be a single market engagement and procurement training webinar and Request for Information (RFI) process to cover both opportunities. The deadline for the submission of the RFI is 12 Noon 30th March 2023. The primary care medical services stated below* will be selected, as appropriate, which may be through a full competitive procurement, as separate services and contracts. The separate services which are subject to this PIN, RFI and market engagement combined with procurement training are: *The Limes GP Services - This is an APMS contract which is due to end on 31st January 2024. *Sollershot Surgery GP Services - This is an APMS contract due to expire on 31st December 2023. Spring House: A PIN has already been issued for Spring House alongside relevant market engagement. Providers who are interested in bidding for GP Services at Spring House can attend the market engagement event associated with The Limes and Sollershott Surgery IF they require any procurement training. This procurement training will be delivered after the market engagement presentation for The Limes and Sollershott Surgery, in the same session. For the removal of doubt the market engagement element is associated with The Limes Surgery and Sollershott Surgery and not for Spring House GP Services and therefore no RFI’s are invited for Spring House GP services. Market engagement is being conducted in two ways: (i) interested providers are being asked to complete and return a response to the RFI questionnaire which sets out a number of key questions that commissioners are considering to support the design of the model, and to inform a selection process which may include a possible procurement approach; and (ii) (ii) inviting interested providers to attend a market engagement and procurement training event via Microsoft Teams Webinar on Friday 21st March 2023 between 12pm to 2pm Interested providers can find further information, and information on how to register their interest in attending the market engagement event by completing and sending the booking form that is in the Attain Bravo e-Procurement Portal at: https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk Timetable • Publication of advert and release of RFI - 2nd March 2023 • Deadline for return of booking form for market engagement presentation and procurement training webinar - 12 Noon 17th March 2023 • Market engagement presentation and procurement training webinar - 12 Noon 21st March 12pm • Deadline of return of the RFI - 30th March 2023 Please note that this is a combined PIN; market engagement and procurement training webinar and RFI for two entirely separate GP service contracts and will be contracted for separately. This means that will be two separate selection processes which may involve two separate procurement processes for each GP Service contract of The Limes GP Services and Sollershot Surgery GP Services. This is in addition to the Spring House GP service contract to which market engagement has already commenced and to which there will be a separate contract and confirmed tender process for this service.
