What is being bought

The Tactical Multirotor ISR UAV ITT aims to procure approximately 10 different batches of UAS, consisting of 2 complete systems, as described in the Introduction (Annex A) including all ground elements (e.g. 2 systems = x2 ground elements), which will be tested by the Drone Capability Coalition. The intent is that, following testing, platforms that meet the requirements will be considered for a potential future production contract (circa x25 systems per month). The systems must be produced and delivered for testing within 6 weeks of contract award. Bidders are to ensure that their system meets all qualification questions & entry criteria prior to submitting their proposal.

Comparable-procurement analytics

Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 35. The category anchor is Unmanned combat aerial vehicles (35613100); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

“Reported bids” is an official aggregate, sometimes reported per lot; it is the closest available competition measure. “Named award suppliers” are winners, not all applicants.

Price-outcome signal

Not enough comparable procedures currently publish both a GBP tender value and a usable lowest-valid-bid value to calculate a responsible price-reduction benchmark. Tenderline deliberately does not infer a saving from named award suppliers or from missing award values.
