Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to appoint a principle contractor to develop and undertake the construction of the Doris Robinson Court site, an affordable residential scheme located in Meir with a council owned bungalow complex in the immediate vicinity, in line with proposed designs with works planned to commence October '25 for a 15-month period completing December '26
The proposals are to provide a 46-unit apartment block for over 55's for independent living, with associated landscaping and parking. This scheme is submitted to planning for determination around April/May 2025.
Apartments are designed to accessible and adaptable standards and are a mix of one and two bedroom.
The planned Procurement route is to carry out a Single Stage Open Tender due to the sites current position in its programme.
SOTCC plan to publish the Tender Monday 5th May 2025
