The Council is basing this procurement on the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) as modified through the procurement documents.

Publisher note: Bidder Event and Networking Opportunity Following publication of the tender, the Council plan to hold an in-person Bidder event on the morning of 23rd January 2025 at Wakefield Town Hall. Proposed purpose of the event will include: • Presentation on the proposed Service and tender process from the commissioners and Council teams • Question-and-answer session • ‘Marketplace’ networking opportunity to allow potential providers of related services to introduce themselves and engage with each other in order to facilitate potential sub-contracting and consortium arrangements Details of the Bidder event list of attendees is proposed to be shared in advance of the event, to facilitate the Marketplace networking opportunity. If providers wish to attend, please send the following details to [email protected] no later than Monday 20th January 2025 12 noon: • Organisation name • Name of attendees and contact details (no more than 2 per organisation) • Confirmation if you would like to display materials as part of the Marketplace • Brief details of services or activity you provide Please note we may need to limit attendance and Marketplace displays, if this exceeds room capacity.
