The Public Health Team are therefore procuring domestic abuse community services to offer advocacy, IDVA services and specialist support to those who reside and work in the borough age 16+. It is our expectation that the provider of the commissioned service will be a key contributor to achieving our strategic goals: leading by their expertise, passing on their knowledge, skills, and values, and their ambition, to make a real difference to improving the safety and welfare of survivors in Newham. We expect the service to provide a consistent and sustainable response to Domestic Abuse across the borough and in partnership with local services.
