- Change Extends the term of the Original Contract by 12 months from 1 October 2022 until 30 September 2023 relying on regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The Authority also wishes to increase the Original Contract value by £5,000,000 excluding VAT, and add a new definition for Services in Appendix 1., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Extends the term of the Original Contract by 12 months from 1 October 2022 until 30 September 2023 relying on regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. DIT are revising their events strategy which will lead to a more strategic, high value procurement running in the future. The extension of this contract will allow for Business Continuity while that strategy is formulated for the market.
