The DN Colleges Group is seeking to appoint an External Auditor to perform the external audit for the financial year 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24, with an option to extend for up to a further two annual audits.
- Submissions should be clear who is the named lead on an ongoing basis - this is a personal appointment, and the College does not expect to see certain people at the presentation and then different staff implementing the service.
- Submissions should demonstrate the firm's commitment to the FE sector.

- Review procedure
The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
