    • Change This requirement is for the Discover My Benefits Scheme (DMB) to be extended for a further 7 months. There is to be an uplift in the contract value by £450,000 from £1.71M to £2.16M. The contract requires various changes and improvements to its technical maintenance, to ensure it keeps pace with user needs and other integrated HR systems., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: There is to be technical maintenance of the site, to allow it to keep pace with user needs and other integrated systems. Maintenance will incur a cost increase to the value of the contract. There was a submission for transfer of ownership to another department in March 2022, this re-let period will allow this transfer and integration to take place, whilst the current scheme is still in place.
