The modification extends the existing Call‑Off contract term from 31 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 to ensure continuity of essential Dial‑a‑Ride support and Capital Call services while a replacement procurement is progressed. London Councils extended its parallel Call‑Off without prior consultation, creating an unforeseen misalignment of end dates. As the original Framework has now expired and no extension options remain available, a time‑limited modification is required to maintain continuity of essential services for vulnerable users while the new procurement is completed. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract.
