Published requirement descriptionDHSC: Information Management Services 4 (IMS4):<br/><br/>The IMS4 Programme is the contract for the Provision of Information Management Services to the Department. The contract has been awarded to EntServ UK (Trading as DXC).<br/><br/>The new contract will replace the current IMS3 IT Services contract with Atos, which is due to expire in October 2022.<br/><br/>The new contract is for an initial 5-year term, valued at £36.17M and includes an option to extend for a further 2 years with a total contract value of £48.96M.
- Recurrence: There is an option for a 24-month extension to this contract (after the initial 60-month period. There will be a need to re-procure this service during this time period, or sooner if the extension is not activated.
