Coverage: 451 active published awards; 397 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The National centre will be expected to provide clinical supervision to newly funded support for parent-infant relationship difficulties. The successful supplier will be expected to manage the contract in its entirety, from setting up the centre, delivering clinical supervision sessions through to evaluating the impact of the intervention.

Prior to delivering supervision sessions, the supplier is expected to explore what are the needs of clinical supervision in the 75 eligible local authorities. This will help the supplier understand what the existing supervision models in place are, what local authorities’ needs are, to calculate indicative number of supervision sessions needed and to propose mode of delivery (group vs in person etc.).

The supplier is expected to have experience working with parent-infant relationship teams across England.

The supplier will draw on its experience to assess local needs.

The supplier will work with local areas, including but not limited to the Start for Life Unit in the Department of Health and Social Care, and the National Centre for Family Hubs to identify which areas may need to access supervision centrally.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
