Published award criteria (1)
- DHSC: OHID: IPS Technical Support and fidelity reviews 26/27: Quality Evaluation 100% - an evaluation of the responses to the award questionnaire (Technical Envelope including Social Value question). PQP Assessment - a price per quality point evaluation. This evaluation is to determine the best value for money by considering both the price and the quality of the bid. The price per quality evaluation assesses the value for money of a service by considering its price in relation to its quality. The lower the price per quality evaluation, the better the value for money it offers. Tenderers' pricing will not be compared against each other directly but will be assessed based on their achieved quality weighting.
