What is being bought
Purpose This market engagement event will provide an opportunity for prospective bidders to learn more about the background to the proposed procurement and the process of responding to Invitations to Tender (ITTs). The event will also provide you with an opportunity to ask the department any key questions you may have about the procurement, as well as meet other interested organisations bidding for aspects of the procurement. Dates for upcoming market engagement events: London • 23rd June 2025 • 10:30-12:30 • 39 Victoria Street, Westminster, London, SW1H 0EU Leeds • 25th June 2025 • 10:30-12:30 • Quarry House, 3 Marsh Lane, Leeds, LS2 7PA RSVP Please email sam.shad@DHSC.gov.uk by latest Tuesday17th June at 15:00pm to confirm attendance at either event. Please include: • You full name • Your work email (for confirmation of attendance) • Your organisation • Your job title • Any accessibility requirements or reasonable adjustments Due to restrictions on numbers, please RSVP at your earliest convenience to ensure your place. We may have to decline if we reach capacity. Please only send one individual per organisation, per event. In your RSVP, please specify which event you wish to attend (if you wish to attend both, please state so in your response). Organisations are permitted and encouraged to attend both the London and Leeds events. Should further places become available, we will email out to offer additional spaces. For those who are unable to attend, but wish to view the presentation, please confirm in writing and we will circulate the presentation. Once the tender goes live, all premarket engagement documentation including presentations and responses to clarification questions will be uploaded to the supplier document folder on the e-portal for suppliers to access at any time. The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) are seeking to secure the provision of a comprehensive Adult Social Care (ASC) workforce support programme. The work in this procurement aligns with our overall strategy to attract and retain a sufficient and skilled workforce to provide the right care for the evolving needs of the population.
