Initially this scheme was in the grant programme for 2024/25, however prior to signing the contract we would of needed to have obtaining planning, SAB approval and purchase the land. This would have been a tall order before March so we’ve agreed for the scheme to be in 2025/26 grant programme. While this does give us a bit of time and takes the pressure off slightly, we at Adra are keen to progres…
