Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The BCU Health Board in North Wales is progressing an expression of interest exercise to develop and commission Regional Treatment Centres (RTC), which will expedite a transformational design of planned care Health Services enabling rapid access for patients with vague and cancer symptoms, early diagnoses and the uncoupling of planned and unplanned care. The RTCs are expected to deliver outpatients, diagnostics, day case treatments and some inpatients (the latter for Orthopaedic patients only).
The full scope of the scheme is unprecedented here in North Wales and will require a successful bidder to describe all potential elements of Build, Equip, commissioning and delivery of a full clinical service, including staffing for both clinical and non-clinical elements.
The plans remain flexible at this stage as the programme is ongoing. The Health Board will work with the selected supplier to finalise the number and scale and range of services.
