Coverage: 111 active published awards; 67 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Technical Authority, and the Wales and Western Region, has a requirement to source 2 of 25 tonne multipurpose Road Rail Vehicles Heavy Duty Cranes (RRV HDC) to complement their existing fleet of plant equipment.
Due to the technology not being readily available in the market, the sourcing exercise will be conducted through a design and build process.
