Lot awarding rule: Quotations will be evaluated on price, recreational value and innovation and sustainability as the main criteria as follows: • Price: 40% • Recreational Value and Design: 40% • Innovation and Sustainability: 20% Presentations will be made by a shortlist of contractors after which Council will appoint the final contractor.
