Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the design and construction of a new school extension, kitchen refurbishment and associated work at South Marston CofE Primary School Project Description This project is for the design and construction of a new school extension, kitchen refurbishment and associated work at South Marston CofE Primary School. The full specification can be found within the appendices to the Invitation to Tender. The initial contract term will be for 15 months as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £4.5m and £5.0m across the 15 months contract term. Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.
