Published requirement descriptionThe building is circa 1,500 m2 GIFA and the contractor will be required to appoint its own design team to complete any necessary post-contract design. The contractor will be responsible for the management of its designers and all sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and preferably below the indicated budget. THIS CONTRACT HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED.
