Trivallis is seeking the appointment of contractors to a 4-year Framework for the provision of Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon.
Bidders are invited to submit their tender for the appointment of contractors to a Framework agreement for the Designing, and the undertaking of construction works in relation to bariatric accommodation using modern methods of construction to near zero carbon.
The ITT will also serve to appoint a contractor to undertake design and build requirements at Perthcelyn – used as the scenario requirement for the establishing of the framework.

Trivallis need to address the long-term impact of their decisions, to work better with people, communities and each other. It is imperative that the winning bidder can support the delivery of social value when delivering the contract. Bidders are required to summarise how your company could aid in improving their CSR (e.g. reducing CO2 Emissions, helping local communities).
