Coverage: 182 active published awards; 175 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Culham site currently has fragmented and ageing workshop facilities, in order to modernise, the new Central Support Facility (CSF) will bring these services together, improving efficiency, quality, and flexibility to meet campus needs in the coming decades. The provision of accommodation for the new building comprises two main elements, a larger volume the “functional block” with generous internal heights and good vehicular access, and a smaller volume to the front of the building the “administration block” for the supporting office accommodation and main entry.
UKAEA is targeting a sustainable new building that meets ambitions for a near net-zero campus, built to BREEAM Excellent standard.
