Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Authority’s requirements to provide a service that incorporates elements that will support the delivery of a range of Defence Alcohol harm reduction programmes and services, together with providing Defence with access to expertise as required to support the development of alcohol policy, new initiatives, new ways of supporting people or ways to establish impact and effectiveness. These requirements include the provision of: a. Alcohol prevention, early intervention and support materials (health promotion, education, prevention and early support materials) to build skills and knowledge and b. Expertise to support the delivery of Alcohol harm reduction strategies. 2. Both elements support the needs of the Army, Navy, RAF, Strategic Command (StratCom) and other partners and Stakeholders across Defence. Therefore, the Contractor will be required to meet the variable demands of each stakeholder. These may change annually throughout the duration of the contract through a process of joint agreement. The Contractor therefore needs to be flexible and work with the Designated Officer (DO) over the duration of the contract to ensure a coherent and balanced approach is delivered year to year and an overall reduction in alcohol harm is delivered throughout the duration of the contract. The target audience for the service provided is Armed Forces Personnel.
