These requirements include the provision of: a. Alcohol prevention, early intervention and support materials (health promotion, education, prevention and early support materials) to build skills and knowledge and b. Expertise to support the delivery of Alcohol harm reduction strategies. 2. Both elements support the needs of the Army, Navy, RAF, Strategic Command (StratCom) and other partners and Stakeholders across Defence. Therefore, the Contractor will be required to meet the variable demands of each stakeholder. These may change annually throughout the duration of the contract through a process of joint agreement. The Contractor therefore needs to be flexible and work with the Designated Officer (DO) over the duration of the contract to ensure a coherent and balanced approach is delivered year to year and an overall reduction in alcohol harm is delivered throughout the duration of the contract.
