Administrative Regularisation Notice: This notice is published to regularise the central digital record for a direct award executed in July 2026. Technical system validation precludes submitting retrospective commencement dates. The contract has been operational since 14th July 2026.
Justification for Direct Award: The previous contract awarded to this supplier had no options to extend further and we needed to retain support whilst we develop out our long term requirements. We are awaiting formal confirmation of budget for the remainder of IBCA so are unable to compete a new requirement fully until early 2027 once our long term budget has been confirmed. We will be publishing details of our new requirement in early 2027.

We will not be modifying this contract early and will fully compete the requirement as soon as we have budgetary certainty.
