Coverage: 2 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Coventry University is seeking to engage with a supplier to deliver a project of refurbishment at 102 Middlesex Street teaching site. This is a specific supply and installation project with a degree of specialist and bespoke design and services associated with the Finance Suite integration with the existing building infrastructure. Given the technical details and frequent cycles of technology refresh in this field, the Estates team has undertaken pre-market engagement over the past few months in seeking professional advice and guidance to establish an understanding of the existing infrastructure for the completion and delivery of the innovative Finance Suite. The engagement has made it clear that Parkeray Limited has a comprehensive understanding of the delivery requirements and having also recently completed activities for the University of a similar nature in adjacent facilities has a full understanding of the project outcomes. The resulting design solutions have further demonstrated that Parkeray Limited has brought a higher degree of added value to the project in terms of efficiencies and abilities for the supply chain to complete the project in advance of teaching commencing in January 2024. Parkeray Limited has worked to ensure that the project requirements are fully understood and integrated into their delivery programme. As a result, Parkeray Limited is able to meet the needs of this project brief within the given timeframes and providing the end to end solutions for this business-critical project.
