Coverage: 280 active published awards; 276 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The City of Edinburgh Council has a statutory duty to look after a client’s personal belongings whilst they take temporary accommodation due to homelessness. This extends to an individual’s pet. The service does not currently allow pets to be taken into temporary accommodation properties so in order to make provision for the kennelling of cats, dogs and other pets the Council is required to make suitable arrangements to provide kennelling services, until individuals are able to care for their pets again.
