The services for Lot 1 are made up of: • 20 High Support units - Split between YP aged 16 and 17 (Ofsted-registered) and YP 18 and 19 – 24/7 staff on site • 2 Emergency Beds - For YP 16-17 (Ofsted-registered) - 24/7 staff on site • 4 Medium Support units - 5 hours per day of staff on site + night concierge The successful Provider will enter into contract with London Borough of Tower Hamlets initial contract term is three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for further periods of 12 months, up to 24 months, making a total possible Contract Period of Five years The Lot 1 annual contract value is £685,000, making the total possible Contract value of £3,425,000. Tower Hamlets are procuring this contract accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) (“the Regulations”) Schedule 3 (“Light Touch Regime”) service.
