An externally hosted Adult learning Management Information System which is required to

provide robust management information. This will be used to inform statutory returns and

submissions to the funding body: Education Skills Funding Agency. Data reports will also be supplied to Ofsted, Derbyshire Adult Community Education Services (DACES) Governance

Board and other bodies on request. The Solution will also inform DACES performance

management and funding projections decision making by the Corporate Management Team.

The contract term is 5 + 1 + 1 and will run from the system go-live date. The value is listed as a range and includes all options and extensions.

Contract period: 1 Nov 2022 – 31 Oct 2027 (4 yrs 11 mo)

Delivery: East Midlands

Extensions: Learner Dashboard and User Notifications were optional requirements in the tender. · This is a 5 (five) year contract with options to renew for a further 2 (two) periods of 1 (one) year, taking the total contract length to 7 (seven) years.Variant bids: not allowed
