Following a review of the procurement documentation, it was identified that the requirements relating to CDM design responsibilities were not adequately reflected within the specification and tender documentation. In addition, amendments are required to the quality evaluation questions. To ensure compliance with procurement principles and to provide all bidders with a fair and transparent opportunity to compete on a consistent basis, the procurement has now been abandoned. The Council would like to thank all suppliers for their interest and participation and reserves the right to recommence the procurement at a future date following completion of the review and revision process. |
