What is being bought
Nottingham City Council (the 'Authority' or 'Employer') is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for the inclusion on a Framework for the execution of works. Subject to suitability, the Council is seeking to appoint up to 4 Contractors. This framework is to deliver works in respect of Hire of JBC with Operator throughout the city Boundaries of Nottingham City Council. The Framework will be used for hire of JBC with Operator. The Backhoe loader is to come complete with a range of Buckets (12”, 18”, 30” and 60”), Fork Attachments, Ditching Bucket, and a 4 in 1 grab. The operator is responsible for ensuring the JBC Loader is road compliant and legal as listed 33.12, and that the operator has the relevant qualifications and licences to operate the plant. It will be the responsibility of the successful contractor to ensure that the JBC is secured in an appropriate compound. The Authority will not be responsible for offering a suitable compound, nor with the authority be responsible for the security of the JBC or any of the associated attachments. The rate supplied is to include cost of fuel.
