Framework 2022 – 2026. The Framework will have 3 lots:
Lot 1 - Is County wide (based on Area East with uplifts (positive or negative) for work in Areas
North and South) and it consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction and patching of
carriageways, associated works and the disposal of arisings to licenced or approved facilities
for either future re-use/recycling or disposal (no re-use/recycling of arisings in the works).
Lot 2 - Is County wide (based on Area East with uplifts (positive or negative) for work in Areas
North and South) and it consists of hand patching, the installation of High Friction Surfacing
(HFS), patching of existing HFS installations and associated works.
Lot 3 - Is County wide (based on Area East with uplifts (positive or negative) for work in Areas
North and South) and it consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of carriageways,
associated works and the use of recycled materials either In-situ Cold Recycled Bitumen
Bound (shallow depth (Retread), medium depth (Regen) and deep depth) or Ex-situ Cold
Recycled Bitumen Bound (processing plant).
