Coverage: 7 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
CPCA is a reasonably small authority, with current circa 109 staff, and is increasing its use of hybrid working (mixing utilisation of office space and home working). At the same time, it is procuring the use of a new single office location (New Office Location coming Soon - Pathfinder House) Other than that, it is all spot on. . In these circumstances, CPCA is looking to procure a service that will combine its digital strategy review and business transformation needs with ICT support services and End User Computing (EUC) that continues to support its staff and infrastructure with its I.T. support service needs. The requirements are detailed within Appendix 3: Detailed Requirements Specification. The required approach would be a collaborative one between the prospective/appointed supplier and CPCA, which is able to provide technology and local authority insight, lead and validate its decisions and strategic direction together.
