This procurement will deliver 39 EV charge points in public car parks across Devon and Torbay. Car parks are owned by the Devon District, Borough, and Parish Councils and Torbay Council. DCC will procure a Private Sector Partner (PSP) to design, build, operate and maintain charge points through a concessions agreement. The intention is for the landowner to own the grid connection and ducting to the charging point at the end of the contract period. A template concessions agreement and lease developed for this phase 2 of the Devon Low Carbon Energy & Transport Technology Innovator (DELETTI) charge points project will be used.
