NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) is acting as an agent for and on behalf of the Commissioner and is supporting the procurement process.<br/><br/>The procurement process is described within the documentation published. This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the process set out in The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
