City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to install audio video recording facilities at a new office location in Bradford City Centre. This is to accommodate hybrid online Coroners Court inquest hearings with multi-screen capability, alongside a software solution. The Council requires the Provider to oversee the whole project; providing a high quality product on time and to the required quality standards. The proposed contract will be for an initial duration of three (3) years with a possible 2 twelve (12) month extensions. The contract will allow for further purchases of Audio Visual equipment as required during the course of the contract.
