Published requirement descriptionSwansea Council is looking to purchase a Nine ( 9) Seater Minibus. Tenderers shall specify in Table 1 the Outright Purchase Price per Vehicle (excluding VAT). This price shall include all associated OTR costs (Road fund licence, 1st registration fee etc).

- Condition of participation
Any items offered that do not fully comply with the Specification, must be specified in Table 1 (Non-Compliant Items) overleaf. The reasons for the potential non-compliance must also be stated. Table 1 must be completed for each and every vehicle offered by the Supplier. Where a Tender demonstrates significant non-compliance with the Specification, the Council reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine that the Tender does not sufficiently comply with the Specification and reject the Tender

- Price carries 80 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 8 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
